This includes engineering risks such as design and on-site surveillance, as well as the implementation and product liability risks. In the event of infiltrations, the ZEMENTOL® System makes it possible to shift the burden of proof, which means that it is up to ZEMENTOL to prove that the waterproofing solution is free of defects.

ZEMENTOL grants a 10-year guarantee for the waterproofing of the waterproofed structure. This guarantee is backed by 10-year insurance provided by a leading European company, which covers all damage and loss in connection with waterproofing.
